Introduction

CineGrid is excited to introduce our Partnership Program designed specifically for educational institutions and corporate organizations. This program aims to provide students and employees with convenient access to professional film and photography equipment at discounted rates, while helping institutions manage equipment rentals efficiently.

Through strategic partnerships with colleges and companies, we create a win-win ecosystem where students and employees can access high-quality equipment for their projects, and institutions can track and manage rentals through a dedicated dashboard.

Vendor-Provided Discounts Note (Selective Items Only)

Important: All discounts are provided directly by vendors, not by CineGrid. Discounts apply only to selective items that vendors choose to offer at discounted rates. Not all equipment may be eligible for partner discounts. Discount availability varies by vendor and item.

Flow of How Partnership Works

  1. College/Company signs MOU: Institution completes the partnership registration form and signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CineGrid
  2. Gets partner login: Upon approval, the institution receives partner dashboard access credentials
  3. Lists verified students/employees: Partner adds students (for colleges) or employees (for companies) to their member list through the dashboard
  4. Students get selective discounts from vendors: Verified members can access vendor-provided discounts on selective items when making rentals
  5. Admin can track rentals: Partner dashboard provides real-time tracking of all rentals made by their members
