Flow of How Partnership Works
- College/Company signs MOU: Institution completes the partnership registration form and signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CineGrid
- Gets partner login: Upon approval, the institution receives partner dashboard access credentials
- Lists verified students/employees: Partner adds students (for colleges) or employees (for companies) to their member list through the dashboard
- Students get selective discounts from vendors: Verified members can access vendor-provided discounts on selective items when making rentals
- Admin can track rentals: Partner dashboard provides real-time tracking of all rentals made by their members
